About Us

Our Story

Zenith Learning has been in the educational services industry for after school programming, summer camps, and substitute teaching services since 2009. After gaining experience providing services to schools with learning differences we have developed a passion for ABA therapy services.

At Zenith Learning ABA, we are committed to helping children reach meaningful milestones through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA therapy. We understand that every child has unique strengths, challenges, and goals, which is why we create personalized treatment plans designed to support growth in communication, social development, behavior, independence, and daily living skills.

Our team works closely with families to provide consistent guidance, encouragement, and support throughout the therapy journey. By combining clinical expertise with a warm, family-centered approach, we strive to create positive experiences that lead to lasting progress at home, in school, and in everyday life.

Leadership Team

Amie Cowl

Executive Director

Amie Cowl, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is the Executive Director of ABA at Zenith Learning ABA, where her focus is building a clinical culture grounded in evidence, compassion, and measurable outcomes for children and families.

She brings extensive experience across a wide range of service settings — including public schools, in-home services, community-based programs, and center-based ABA — and has served in roles spanning Behavior Specialist, BCBA, Training and Development Specialist, Clinical Director, and Director of Training and Quality Assurance. This breadth has given her a comprehensive understanding of both clinical excellence and organizational leadership.

Amie holds a certificate in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), which informs how she designs clinical systems, structures supervision, and builds teams that consistently deliver high-quality care. Throughout her career, she has mentored behavior analysts and technicians, delivered continuing education for BCBAs and RBTs, and led quality assurance initiatives focused on maintaining the highest standards of practice.

Her experience spans individuals from early intervention through adulthood — from children as young as 18 months to adults over 45 — and includes a partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission to support vocational training, job placement, and community integration. Working across this full spectrum has shaped how she approaches intervention: with a whole-child perspective that considers not just the goals of today, but the kind of life each learner is building toward.

Amie is deeply committed to assent-based, individualized treatment that honors each learner’s unique strengths, interests, and goals. She believes meaningful progress occurs when children are engaged, motivated, and empowered to participate in their own learning — and she brings that same philosophy to how she leads her clinical team.

Amie’s path to this work is also deeply personal. She comes from a large family, and among her 15+ nieces and nephews, three have autism — an experience that shaped both her decision to enter this field and the empathy she brings to it every day. Outside of the clinic, she is a dedicated mom who finds joy in time with her children and in continuing to grow as a clinician and leader.
